Who's behind it

PropIntel AI was founded by Glen Gilzean, a real estate professional with Beachfront Realty Inc. Working directly with buyers, sellers, and investors, Glen saw how much of a deal's outcome comes down to running the numbers correctly and quickly — and how often that analysis lives in scattered spreadsheets or gets skipped entirely.

Over the past five years, Glen has closed more than a dozen transactions totaling roughly $9 million in value, representing both buyers and sellers across South and Central Florida — from Miami and the Fort Lauderdale area to Boynton Beach, Fort Pierce, Palm Coast, and Mount Dora. That hands-on transaction experience, on both sides of the table and across very different markets, is exactly what PropIntel AI is built to scale.
