Terms of Use

PropIntel AI is operated by PropIntel.AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“PropIntel AI,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using PropIntel AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree to use PropIntel AI only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the platform, including attempting to access other users' data, probing or bypassing security measures, scraping or overloading the service, reverse engineering the platform, or using it to generate misleading or unlawful content.

The PropIntel AI name, branding, design, and software are the property of PropIntel AI. You retain ownership of the information you enter, and you may use the reports generated for your own personal or business purposes.

PropIntel AI offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Pro, High Volume and Brokerage), billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI property reports; unused reports do not roll over. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the free plan. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan prices and features may change during the MVP period; we will provide notice of price changes before they apply to an existing subscription.

PropIntel AI provides informational analysis only. We do not guarantee property values, rental income, cash flow, investment performance, or the accuracy of AI-generated reports. Real estate decisions are your responsibility, and you should verify all information with licensed professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropIntel AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any losses arising from decisions made in reliance on the service, including real estate purchases, sales, or investments.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PropIntel AI at any time, and may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of PropIntel AI are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any such dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
