Privacy Policy

When you use PropIntel AI, you may provide: account information such as your email address and password (passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us in plain text); property report inputs such as addresses, prices, rents, expenses, and notes you enter into the report form; saved reports, including the AI-generated analysis associated with your account; and messages you send through our contact or waitlist forms, including your name and email address.

We may collect basic usage and analytics data, such as pages visited, general device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This data helps us understand how the service is used and improve it.

We use the information you provide to operate the service: to create and secure your account, generate property reports you request, store reports you choose to save, respond to messages you send, and maintain and improve PropIntel AI. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

PropIntel AI is built on trusted third-party infrastructure. Account data and saved reports are stored with Supabase. The website is hosted on Vercel. Property report generation uses an AI API provider (such as Anthropic); the property inputs you submit are sent to that provider to generate your report. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

Saved reports remain in your account until you delete them. You may delete your saved reports at any time from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.
